Project #1 - Vintage Calendar
this was a class I taught last month at Remember When, it is also available online at www.thetreasureboxclub.com The base of the calendar is a cookie sheet, the days of the month are made of matchboxes, where you can hide tiny treasures inside. The reverse of the pan holds the month titles not in use.
Project #2 - Fanciful Fragmented Frame
I made this frame using Tim Holtz fragments, alcohol inks and various papers and ephemera. You can take this class for FREE at the following link: http://www.thetreasureboxclub.proboards.com/index.cgi
Project #3 - Fairy Dust
These are the sample pages I made to go with the April 2011 kit for The Treasure Box Club. There are three double page 12x12 layouts and a 20 page 8x8 album.
Project #4 - Travel Journal
We are traveling to Washington DC for Spring break this year - I've made this travel journal to take down memories while we're there... I'll finish it up back at home with photos. It has a magnetic closure.
Project #5 - Create Joy
I made this fun piece from an old frame I found at a junk store. The background paper is "Butterfly Kisses" from the "Once Upon a Springtime" collection. I've used paints and inks to alter the color.
Project #6 - Treasured Memories
I taught this class (inspired by a similar Tim Holtz class - retaught with his permission) at 3 different locations in 2010. The students were able to choose from a variety of Graphic 45 papers to create their own mini album.
Project #7 - Distressed Wall Collage
This is a class I taught that focused on techniques using the Distress line of products from Ranger.
Project #8 - A Proper Gentleman
These are the sample pages I made to go with the February 2010 kit of the same name
Project #9 - Texas Configurations
Another class I taught in 2010.

ReplyDeleteYou SOOOOOOO fit the Graphic 45 style. I would be thrilled to know one of their designers, as they ALWAYS seem to have my number (as do you). Who else would have concocted Steampunk Debutante? You have GOT to get accepted. What else can we do to help you?!?
ReplyDeleteBe sure you give them a good picture of the kits you have put together. Most people would not have come up with some of your combinations... but the key point is, they ALL "worked". Multiple lines, colors, etc - but they always looked unified when completed.
ReplyDeleteyou are a very creative person and would make Graphic 45 proud to call you one of their design team members. good Luck
ReplyDeleteBest Wishes....keep us posted!
